Hong Kong Hip Luen Co.was founded in 1980 as an independent manufacturer of Mold fabrication and metallic accessory parts of use in audio equipment, telephone, computer, home appliance and copying machines. The company grew rapidly duringthe past seven years with total assets increasing to 12 million and covering anaggregate of approximately 5500 square feet in Fu Yong. The company had 120 sets precision power press, ranging form 10 tons to 160 tons. The company utilize 60 sets serial machines such as polishing machine, riveting machine, spot welder machine and automatic precision riveting machine to maintain its ability to assemble efficently a wide variety of metallic parts. By offering an advanced product quantity and providing exception customer services,purchased and instaIled more precision machinery will contionued in the future. The company invests heavily in "SEIBU" wire cut tooling machinery and high speed EDM drill with CAD/CAM tool-making software system, with our experience design. engineer team which are working 24 hours daily to produce high precision and highend metal molds. The company also purchased and installed "SEYI" high system precision power press, which together, with auto-feeding series such as leveler, cradle, line straightening machine, precision air feed and material lubricanting oil feeder. Which increased the company production capacity and able to take advantage of the lower overhead costs and inexpensive labour rates.
