We are a Chinese patent attorneys office authorized by SIPO to handle foreign related services. The Office was founded in 1986. It locates in Ningbo city, a coastal city near to Shanghai. Currently, we have 18 members in the Ningbo headquarter, and 5 representatives who work in Shanghai, Hangzhou and U.S.A.. The expertise of our 12 patent attorneys cover the following technical fields: Mechanics, Physics, Chemistry, Optics, Telecommunication, Vacuum, Polymer, Electrical, Textile and computer software. Besides, we have three trademark agents and two lawyers, which enables the office to provide overall intellectual property related services to our clients. SIPO has twice entitled the honor, "National advanced patent agent unit", to the Channel.
Our services focus on patent application and trials, and we are also confident and active in patent documents search and patent novelty investigation. Other services of the Office include patent related litigation, legal consultation about patent licensing arrangement and technology transfer, etc. The patent applications handled by the Office have accumulated to over 10,000 cases including international application. The working languages of the Office include English and Japanese.
